The Mama Reboot is a 5-week online experience that will transform the way you make decisions around food and well-being. You will learn how to reclaim your energy and vitality through lasting habit change, and will be able to keep up with your family and whatever else life throws your way!
By understanding the connection between what you eat and how you feel, and being guided all along the way, you will be able to develop the confidence you need to incorporate healthy habits into your life without fuss.
For the 5 weeks we’re together, you won’t just be taking notes. This is a unique “hands on, follow along” experience. In addition to understanding why it’s important to invest in your health and replenish your reserves, we’ll dig into the actual nuts and bolts of how to make these changes a concrete part of your life.
The result? You will be able to cut through the nutrition confusion, make healthier choices for yourself and your family… and start feeling better than you have in a long time so that you can be all that you want to be without burning out!
Class starts the week of March 5. The weekly live calls will be recorded and available the next day in the members’ area, so don’t worry if you can’t attend all of them live. I know firsthand that “life happens” for us mamas!
My day job during these 5 weeks will be supporting you. I’ll keep office hours in our private members-only Facebook group so that I can answer your questions and help you take your health into your own hands.
